Visit the SSI at the RYA Dinghy Sailing Show

The Scottish Sailing Institute is exhibiting at the RYA Dinghy Sailing Show in London this year, 3-4 March 2007, promoting Scottish sailing and attracting target classes and events to the country’s championship facility at Largs.

The institute has attracted major national and international events to the facility in the past and is looking forward to a busy and prestigious events calendar this year and beyond.

David Kent of the SSI comments: “We’ve built a solid reputation over the years as an excellent events venue. We have the organisation capabilities, the race management skills and all on and off the water facilities that are required.

We need to ensure Scotland stays firmly on the map though, and it’s important for us to highlight the good transport links that are available to tempt the south coast sailors up north. We’re easily accessed by air, road and rail and boast world-class sailing waters.”
